Privacy policy

Effective July 10, 2026

Flurry is built around a simple idea: your focus is yours. This page explains what data exists, where it lives, and what happens to it, in plain language.

Who's responsible

Flurry is made by Forma Labs LLC, based in the United States. If you have a question about your privacy, email a real person at flurry@fernando.app. That address reaches the person who decides how Flurry handles data.

The short version
  • Your tasks, focus sessions, and snowball progress are stored on your iPhone.
  • There's no account and no login.
  • If you subscribe to Flurry Pro, Apple and RevenueCat handle the purchase. They see your subscription status, never the content of your tasks.
  • The app sends usage and crash data so bugs can get fixed.
  • The website has no analytics and no tracking cookies.
  • If you contact us, your message is used only to reply to you. We don't sell your information.

Your data in the app

Flurry stores your tasks, focus sessions, and snowball progress locally on your device. There's no sign-up and no cloud account, so we can't see any of it. If you delete the app, that data goes with it. Backups you control, like an iCloud backup of your phone, may include it, and those are governed by Apple's terms, not ours.

Purchases and subscriptions

Flurry Pro is an optional paid subscription. Two services handle it:

We use this only to unlock Pro and keep it working if you reinstall the app or move to a new device. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell it. If you're in the EU or UK, our basis for this is providing the Pro subscription you chose to buy.

Analytics and crash reports

To see how the app is used and to fix bugs, Flurry sends usage events (for example, "a focus session was started") through TelemetryDeck (TelemetryDeck GmbH, based in Germany).

TelemetryDeck is designed so this data can't be traced back to you. Before anything leaves your phone, the identifier for your install is scrambled with a method (double hashing) that can't be reversed, and TelemetryDeck never stores IP addresses. Each event carries that untraceable install ID, a timestamp rounded to the hour, basic device info such as your device type and your OS and app version, and any details the app attaches to the event. This data is held on servers in the European Union, and TelemetryDeck's handling is covered by TelemetryDeck's privacy policy.

Separately, if your iPhone is set to share diagnostics with developers, Apple sends us anonymized crash and performance logs. You control this under Settings, Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements on your iPhone. Deleting the app stops any future collection.

The website

flurryadhd.app is a static site hosted on Vercel. We don't run analytics or set tracking cookies.

Like any site, our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for a short time for security and operations. That's covered by Vercel's privacy policy. The site also loads a script from a content delivery network, which receives the same standard request data, including your IP address, when your browser fetches it. Our basis for both is our legitimate interest in serving and securing the site.

The contact form

When you send a message through our Support page, we receive the name, email address, and message you type. Submissions go through FormSubmit, a form-to-email service that forwards them to our inbox and, by its own account, doesn't store them permanently. Its handling is covered by FormSubmit's privacy policy.

We use your message only to reply to you. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone else for their own purposes. We keep it in our email for as long as it takes to help you and then delete it. If you're in the EU or UK, our basis is responding to a request you made.

Your choices and rights

Because your task data lives on your device, most of the control is already yours: edit or delete items in the app, or delete the app to remove all of it.

For the data we do handle (crash and usage reports, your subscription status, and any message you send us), you can ask us to show you what we have, correct it, or delete it. Email flurry@fernando.app and a person will take care of it.

If you're in the EU, UK, or EEA, you have rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. Wherever you live, we don't sell your personal information and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

Flurry isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, or under 16 in the EU and EEA where a higher age applies. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If Flurry ever changes how it handles data, for example if we add optional cloud sync, we'll update this policy and change the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll make it obvious in the app or on the site.
